ALL ABOUT FASTING
Dr. O. Buchinger Fast is a
tea-juice-broth-fast where the body is supplied with watered
down ecological fruit juices and vegetable broths, vitamins and mineral
nutrients.
In addition, one drinks 2 or 3 liters of mineral water every day.
Throughout human
history, fasting was recommended as a therapeutic intervention
by physicians of almost any culture worldwide, from ancient
